Valero Flag Changing Ceremony
Thank you to the Valero Wilmington Refinery for donating a U.S. Flag to our Harbor City Site! Our Site hosted a Flag Changing Ceremony with Veterans from the Valero Wilmington Refinery to officially retire our old flag and install the new one, while our members lead the flag salute! We are so grateful to Valero for providing our Harbor City Site with a much needed upgrade for our U.S. Flag!
