BGCLAH Hall of Fame
The Boys & Girls Clubs of the Los Angeles Harbor (BGCLAH) Hall of Fame honors extraordinary individuals whose lives and contributions embody the values of our mission. Each year, we celebrate distinguished Alumni and Heroes of the Club who inspire our members, staff, and community through their achievements and commitment.

Alumni Nominations
Categories of Recognition

Distinguished Alumni – Former Club members who have demonstrated excellence in their careers, communities, or personal lives, and who credit the Club as a transformative force in their development.

Heroes of the Club – Dedicated individuals or organizations who are not alumni but have significantly advanced BGCLAH’s mission through leadership, philanthropy, volunteerism, or advocacy.

Nomination & Selection
Nominations are accepted annually from staff, board members, alumni, and community members. A Selection Committee of Club leaders and past honorees reviews submissions and recommends inductees. Final approval is guided by our CEO and Board
Executive Committee.

Annual Recognition
Inductees are honored at a BGCLAH signature event and enshrined in our permanent Hall of Fame—both physically and digitally—so their stories may inspire generations to come.

2025 Honorees
​
The 2025 Hall of Fame Honorees will be formally recognized at our Bids for Kids Gala on Saturday, September 27, 2025. Honorees are expected to be present to accept their award, with exceptions made only for posthumous recognitions of Alumni or Heroes of the Club.
​
Nominations for the 2025 Hall of Fame class must be submitted no later than Friday, June 13, 2025, at 5:00 p.m.
