Thank you to So Cal Gas for their generous donation! They awarded the BGCLAH with a $5,000 grant for our Harbor City Sites! In January 2019, BGCLAH merged with the South Bay Boys & Girls Clubs. With the merger, the BGCLAH added costs associated with upgrading their facilities and implementing programs. We truly appreciate their support as we strive to serve even more youth who need us most!

Congratulations our Wilmington member, Val!! Her photo, Dancing with the Dead, was named a national winner in the ImageMakers National Photography Contest. She was one of 20 chosen out of hundreds of entries. Val is a recent high school graduate and will be heading to Sacramento State this fall to study photography and business!
Each year, George Mayer and his friends sponsor a trip for our Keystone Leadership group to attend conference or to celebrate their hard work throughout the year. A huge THANK YOU to Mr. Mayer and his friends for sponsoring this year’s trip to Disneyland and California Adventures. 25 of our high school leaders were able to attend the trip, snack on fun Disney food and get some souvenirs.
