The Port of Los Angeles is vital to our community, just as this event’s fundraising efforts are vital to the Boys and Girls Clubs of Los Angeles Harbor. As they have done for many years, the International Longshore and Warehouse Union (ILWU) locals, representing ILWU essential workers in the Port, and the Pacific Maritime Association (PMA) group, comprising Port terminal operators and shipping lines, continue to lead by example, working together to move our nation’s essential cargo while continuing to support our community’s youth.
